予約の確認・キャンセル依頼・領収書発行

ご予約された工場を選択ください。

１．申込完了メールに記載されたご予約番号を入力してください。
２．予約時に登録したメールアドレスを入力し、「依頼」ボタンを押下してください。
お手続き用画面のURLをメールでお送りいたします。
※領収書は予約時に決済をされた方のみ発行ができます。
※領収書の発行・表示期間は、ご来場日の翌日から【60日間】です。
※領収書の再発行はできませんのでご注意ください。
※確認メールが届かない場合は、工場の受付時間内にお電話でご確認ください。
1.Enter the reservation number in the application complete mail.
2.Enter the e-mail address registered at the time of reservation and press the Request button.
The URL for reservation confirmation and cancellation will be sent by mail.
* Receipts can only be issued if payment was made at the time of reservation.
* The issuing and viewing period for the receipt is 【60 days】 from the date of your visit.
* Please note it cannot be reissued.
* If you are unable to receive our E-mail message, please contact us during operating hours.
